The year 2014 marked the second year that we,PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk published a sustainability reportregarding our operations. As a continuation of our firstsustainability report published on April 2013, this year’s reporthas also been compiled in such a way that is in accordance with theprovisions of article 66 paragraph (2)c of the Law No. 40/2007 onLimited Liability Companies, which requires an annual report tocontain reports on the implementation of social and environmentalresponsibilities.

The ITM 2014 Annual Report lays out thehighlights of PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk’s management in runningthe Company and its progress in 2014. The report focuses onManagement, Analysis & Discussions, Corporate Governance,Corporate Social Responsibility, and Consolidated FinancialStatements.
